Here at Planet & Child, we want to offer you the best value for your money, so we have a price match promise for all of our products!

If you find the same product on another UK-based competitor website for a lower price, we will try to match it for you. The product where you are requesting a price match must be identical to the one advertised for sale on our website, brand new in an unused condition, and in stock currently. We will require a full breakdown of price including the selling price, all applicable charges including shipping and handling, and any free offers or discounts where applicable, and proof of this to proceed. Pricing errors do not count!

Terms & Conditions:

  • You need to show us proof of the lower price including full breakdown from an authorised UK based competitor.
  • We only price match online retail prices only.
  • The lower price must be available right now and not a previous price quoted, and the item must be currently in stock.
  • We cannot match prices from international websites like Ebay and Amazon.
  • We cannot combine price match with any other promotions from Planet & Child.
  • We have the final say on whether to approve or decline a price match request.
  • Please be aware - 10% of all profits go to a children's charity and we plant a tree with every product ordered. This may mean that sometimes we may not be able to match the price requested (although we will try our best)!
